wanted to move from MA2 to MA1 but it says I’ll be put on the waitlist. Is that because the MA1 division is full?

When is the last day to withdraw from the tournament?

To be guaranteed a full refund, you have to withdraw before registration closes, which is Thursday night. If you cancel after that and your spot fills I will provide you a full refund but if you cancel and your spot does not fill you won't get refunded.
