Due to the need to follow COVID-19 protocol, this year’s event will operate a bit differently than past years. Please help us in doing your part.
• Players Meeting
o The players meeting will be videoed and posted on the Macon Aces’ Facebook page Friday evening.
• Check-In: Starting at 8:00am
o When you arrive, come to the pavilion to check in. This will also be when you are able to buy raffle tickets and mulligans. When we have enough people there to fill a card (4), we will send the card on to their assigned hole. Note: If you have a group of 4 you would like to play with, come as a group to check-in and we will make it happen. Only one group at a time will need to be at the check-in area. All others should remain socially distant until the area is clear. We will let you know what time to start. Tentative start time is 9:30am.
• End of Singles Round/Lunch
o When you finish your round, bring the score card back to the pavilion. We will give you a box lunch upon your arrival. Please enjoy your lunch as socially distanced as possible.
• Doubles Partners/Tee Time
o We will assign doubles partners during lunch and post them on the Macon Aces’ Facebook Page along with your hole assignment and the shotgun start time will be posted there as well. Due to this format we will have an hour and half lunch instead of the usual hour.
• Awards
o The only time we will gather as a group is during awards. At that time, you will need to remain socially distant and wear a mask. During the awards ceremony, we will announce the winners of each round, raffle winners, and hand out CTP prizes. We will have a sound system so those in the back will still be able to hear us.

This year's Sailing Open will be slightly different from years past. We will not be asking for hole sponsors, as we understand the stuggle many people and business are stuggling during the pandemic. All proceeds from player entry and any extras the players choose to participate in will still go to the sailing program. We will still have a round of singles and a round of doubles. Lunch will still be provided. Lunch will be down at the sailing center between rounds. If you have any questions about any of the changes, please feel free to contact us.
