ATTN MA1 and MA2 players registered:
There will not be a last chance qualifier for MA1 or MA2 as those pools have filled in the Championships. Registration will reopen for LCQ at noon today. Please edit your registration to a division you qualify to compete in, or withdraw to request a refund.

Due to great assistance of Pete at DiscGolfScene & the PDGA, we were able to quickly port over the LCQ players to the Championship event. This was why the LCQ was closing earlier than usual, the large amount of work to port players from the event. We would like to offer up spaces in the LCQ up to a point where there would be no playoff for those spots in the following Pools:
Pool D- FA1, FA2, FA3, FA age protected: 43 spots
Pool E- MA age protected: 10 spots
Pool F- MA4, FA4: 49 spots

Note that the # of spots reflect what was available at Noon. Registrations are being exported to Championships registration for the above listed pools.

This may be a stupid question, but will MA3 players still be able to register on Friday the 3rd assuming we make it into the championships? The deadlines above have me a little confused, and I assume they only apply to the open spaces in the other divisions. Thanks in advance!

You are correct in your assumption. The deadlines above are only for the pools specified above.

Sorry Adam one more question. So if I qualify for states do I pay on site? And also where will we get our players pack at once we have paid into states? Just trying to prepare myself lol.

Yes you'll pay on site. Player packs etc will be at Mason County Park as well

Hi Chad. Last year I went to online only and no day of. The reason for the change was to have the ability to process everyone and their payments with a reasonable amount of time to do so. Moving away from day of reg and closing earlier gives accurate pool counts and often saves folks from having to have a playoff in many cases.

Thank you for getting back with me and opening the LCQ back up. I've decided to caddy for my wife, who has been struggling with back and arthritis issues this year (unless we can't find a sitter on Saturday, where I'll be staying home with the kids).

If a pool is filled at the close of registration there will be no LCQ for that pool. If you qualify to compete in another division that isn't filled you can edit your registration. Refund requests can be found in the same place. Registered players> edit/ withdrawal

If I’m reading this correctly, I can edit LCQ registration from MA3 to MA40 to fill an open spot and not have to play LCQ ?
