    8:45am - 8:50am

    Players will make their way to their starting holes. Hole assignments will be posted on the pdga.com event page: https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/43713

    Detailed instructions and COVID-19 related info will be emailed to each player prior to the event.

    9:00am - 12:00pm

    Start of the first round. Half the field will play Jones East and half the field will play Jones West.
    The second round will start one hour after the last card is turned in from the first round. Players will play the course they did not play during the first round.

    1:00pm - 4:00pm

    Approximate start of round two. Half the field will play Jones East and half the field will play Jones West. Players will play the course they did not play during the first round.

    4:30pm - 5:00pm

    Awards will be given out promptly after all cards are turned in scores are verified. Players will be able to cash out their winnings at the Dynamic Discs Retail Store after the event.

2 rounds of play
The Handeye Supply Classic is a B-tier event for both Professional and Amateur players.

There will be two rounds, one round of 18 at Jones East and one round of 18 at Jones West. Half of the field will play Jones East and half of the field will play Jones West for round one. The second round will start one hour after the last card is turned in. Players will play the course they did not play during the first round for their second round.

CHECK-IN
Please check in between 7:30 and 8:30 AM. Tournament Central will be located between the basket for Hole 8 (East) and the playground/bathrooms (near West). Find us at the Dynamic Discs RV!

SCORING
We are using the PDGA digital scoring platform for scoring. One player from each group will need to use their smartphone to take a score. A paper scorecard can be used as a backup to the PDGA digital scoring platform (paper cards will be available at tournament central). All of the players on the card must confirm before submitting the score through the digital scoring platform. Each player will need to enter their PDGA number or name at the end of the round into the scoring application.

The ACCESS CODE for the event scoring is CLASSIC. It is not case-sensitive. To start your round with digital scoring, you will need to go to the following link: www.pdga.com/score.

TROPHIES & PAYOUT
We will follow PDGA standards for payout. Am payout will be to the Dynamic Discs Retail Store (912 Commercial St) or to dynamicdiscs.com. Pros will be paid out via PayPal.

The Rec and Junior Divisions are playing for trophies only. Players in these divisions will be receiving an extra $10 gift card from our retail store in their player packs.

PLAYER PACK
Am players will receive an event stamped disc and an event t-shirt. Pro players will receive an event t-shirt. Please register prior to September, 24th to ensure you get a shirt in your size.

Please park in the gravel lot near hole 1, off of Lincoln St. Do not park where the blue DD cones are located.

Please park in the paved lot near hole 16, off of Prarie St. Do not park where the blue DD cones are located.

Refund policy

If you need to cancel for any event, it must be made by email to [email redacted]. Cancellations more than 7 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under seven days from the tournament date will be refunded in merchandise equal to the entry fee minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the day of the tournament, you will only receive the standard players' package for that event.
