Please treat this email as your official players meeting.

Events Schedule & Format |

This is a one round, flex start event between 8:00am and 5:00pm. When you arrive at the course, please check in with tournament staff under the pavilion near hole one. You are allowed to create your own groups, and must have at least 3 but no more than 5 on a card. If you need assistance finding a group, please let us know when you check in and we will make sure you find a group.

Course Layouts, Pad Assignments & Rules | All of the course layouts, pad assignments & rules are all located in the pictures section of the discgolfscene registration page. Course Conditions | As of this writing Taylor Park is currently partially flooded. In response, we will only be playing 14 holes, not playing holes 4,13,14 or 15. After completion of hole 3, proceed directly to hole 5. After the completion of hole 12 proceed directly to hole 16. I will be going to the course tomorrow to do a final walk through and it is possible that additional adjustments will be made based on the course conditions. I know that this is not ideal, but unfortunately mother nature writes her own story.

Virtual Scoring | This is a PDGA Live Scoring compatible event. To access the digital scorecard, visit -> www.PDGA.com/score and enter the access code 21GCTC1. Once you login, you will have the ability to add your cardmates using the 'Add' function at the bottom of the screen.

2020 GCTC Trophies | Trophies for division winners of the 2020 GCTC will be available for pickup. Please swing by and be ready for a quick picture with your trophy.

2021 GCCO Player Package Preview | We will have a sample of a prospective player package item on display at tournament central as well. Please provide your feedback to the staff member present so we can determine if this is one of the items we want to include in the player package for the 2021 GCCO.
