Signed up for another tourney on the 20th--and am too deep on the waitlist here. Requesting refund. Hope to play next year!

Good morning Dakota, I know we're still over a month away from the tournament, but I was curious if the "modified layout" is going to address some of the standing water on the course. A couple weeks ago it was unplayable and not being familiar with the course I wasn't sure if the water level is usually not an issue toward the end of November.

We have played it the last 2 Saturdays. There was only 1 bad spot.

Rick Rey   2 days ago

Dry right now

Andy Waters   1 day ago

Perfect! Thanks all.

When will the waitlisters know if they have a spot to play or not (sorry if you already answered this)

Dakota Mincey   September 20 at 2:56pm

Danielle, the waitlisted players will be given a spot if currently registered players drop out. Pro and Am division spots are kept separate until October 1st. Following that, any drop from the tournament will result in the next player from the waitlist being promoted.

Hey Dakota when changing the divisions bar I went MA2 and then it wouldn’t let me edit out of it to MA1 so I reregistered to MA1 and paid twice. Can you refund my MA2 registration

Could I possibly be switched to the intermediate wait list instead of rec please.

Are you going to expand divisions or do I just need up sign up for a different division to be able to play

I just tried to edit my registration and change divisions to ma40 but it will not allow me

Dakota Mincey   September 14 at 12:11am

I edited it for you, you are now MA40

DJ Edward   September 14 at 12:18am

Thank you so much looking forward to it

Gary Gunn    September 11 at 7:47pm

Will there be a masters event this year?

Dakota Mincey   September 12 at 12:25am

Gary, the 2021 Masters was run on the last week of February and was well received. At this point we plan to continue the Masters tournament as a late February event.

Gary Gunn   September 13 at 2:04am

Great thanks!

Kyle Palgut    September 9 at 9:19pm

Does the same amount from the am and pro fees go to the fundraiser or are they different? Just curious because I believe last years tournament was a fundraiser as well but ams had voucher prizes. Looking forward to the tournament, thanks for organizing it!

Dakota Mincey   September 10 at 12:17am

Kyle, This event will not remove funds specifically from any divisions. The player's pack will simply be valued at approximately the cost of the $45 entry. The pros will play for their potential payout and may come up empty handed. Any profits made from the event will go towards the Discalibur renovation funds at Wickham Park.

Kyle Palgut   September 10 at 1:55am

Ok thanks for the info

Shawn Burns    September 7 at 11:20pm

Will there be an FA3 division?

Dakota Mincey   September 8 at 11:16am

Yes, Shawn, there will be. I have corrected the signup page.
