I haven’t received the caddie book that you indicated had already been sent out. Will you send a caddie book with the tee times you send out this evening?

Unfortunately, no. The course will be set up Sunday morning before the tournament. Practice rounds will be available starting the Thursday before States in December, for that weekend.
