Alright folks we strongly feel we have everything worked out. Being that the White Rose Open was officially cancelled, we can’t postpone the event. We understand this is inconvenient, but that is how things went down unfortunately. We had to create a new event. The new event is the 2020 White Rose Open Driven By Innova Take #2 and will occur on Sunday 10/11/20.

Innova was extremely flexible and willing to work with us to provide this option for you. We look forward to continue working with them for years to come as this event grows.

Being that the 2020 WRO is cancelled you will have two options. You may go into disc golf scene and request a full refund, and you will get it. You may also request a $10.00 refund and leave your name, shipping address, and e mail and you will get a player pack delivered to you and a $10.00 refund. If you are doing well in these tough times and can handle benefiting the WRO by choosing a player pack instead of a refund we would all appreciate it. If you can't or won't select a player pack over a full refund then we certainly understand. Even if you already submitted a full refund please do so again. We will archive requests from today on and track them. All requests before now will be ignored. Please be patient waiting for your refund as this becomes a timely process to handle so many. It may take a day or two, but you will receive it. Please message Zachary Anders if you do not have your refund on the 3rd day after requesting it. You will have until April 12th Easter Sunday to request a player pack and $10.00 refund. After this point remaining players packs will be sent back to Innova and that option is removed.

Registration for 2020 WRO Take 2 is now open. We will do like before and max the event at 72. If we have 28 paid registrants on the wait list, we will expand to 144 like before. If you're on the waitlist and don't get in you get a refund. This event occurs 10/13/20. We will follow PDGA rules on the refund policy, but we will wait until 3 weeks before the event to order the players packs. If you choose to withdraw before 3 weeks or the Pandemic forces the PDGA to cancel the event prior to us ordering the players packs you will receive a refund. If you choose to withdraw after we order player packs and your spot is not filled you may receive a player's pack and no refund. If the PDGA shuts down the event after we order the players packs then you may get a player pack instead of a refund pending compliance with PDGA rules.

We are approved to compete at Hickory Heights and Klines Run as before. This is subject to change in case the pandemic continues to create problems. We have backup courses ready if needed.

We can't thank you enough for your patience through this ordeal. We hold no ill will towards anyone as we understand these are stressful times. We look forward to seeing you all fill up the event. Thank you for your patience and understanding through this ordeal.
