So our team took 4th is it going to our pay pal? Because we left before announcing the scores since my teammates had to drive to the bay area? Can someone let me know? Thanks for the great tournament

Correct...we are paying out via PayPal. And mailing checks, if the PayPal connection has challenges. It shouldn't take more than a day to get it sorted out. Thanks for coming!

(sent via email to registered players)
Welcome to the Triple Turkey Threat 2020

If you have never played a big Silva Acres tournament, then you are in for a treat…literally. We won’t spoil the surprise for first timers, but trust us when we say you won’t be disappointed that you came.

A little house keeping before you come:

1. No rounds are being played at Western Gateway Park in Penn Valley. The entire tournament was moved to Silva Acres in Nevada City.

We don't have a big welcome email planned, but we are talking about sending a reminder about parking on the street, instead of inside Pioneer Park's parking lots (they have a 2 hour limit). If you check this websites "About" tab, we will continue to post timely and relevant information there. Do you have something in particular that you need quickly clarified that is not covered on this site?

Hi!
Are very well behaved dogs allowed?
Thanks

Thank you for asking! This is a good point to clarify. No dogs allowed this weekend.

Hi Modesto. Be sure to call ahead before you arrive (530-362-0995). We do not use an address. Here is the access information: Park cars on street next to Pioneer Park parking lot (Max Solaro Dr.), then walk through the parking lot, past horse shoe pit, staying left, to gate in fence. I've never played silva before. Is there a contact that I could call to get in a round?

Good news...you can practice some of the holes (10 of them) the next couple of days. Just make a courtesy call to Gold Country Tow Service (property owners). They can give you the OK to mess around out there. Dennis told me that he wants to set up the whole course on Friday afternoon (sometime after 2pm), as well. So timing your practice around then could give you access to the other holes.

Thank you!

Chris Little    November 3, 2020 at 6:08pm

Hello my name is Chris Little and my sons and I are registered for your upcoming triple threat tournament. (The Little 4-PAC) I accidentally signed us up in the Co-Ed division not the general Amateur. Is it possible to switch to the proper division? We would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Sure...no problem.

Rudy Pulido    November 2, 2020 at 5:20pm

Just curious how the hole assignments work for a 9 hole course and 108 people. Or are there going to be 9 temp holes?

Chris Carpenter   November 2, 2020 at 6:13pm

Good news....we have a full 18 hole course that will be set up. Dennis and others have been doing a lot of work out there for months now.

Rudy Pulido   November 2, 2020 at 10:09pm

Nice..............looking forward to it. Should be awesome.
