Where do we pick up players pack? Sorry if you have posted this already but I haven’t seen where?

Zach Shafer   March 14, 2020 at 12:54pm

In the pavilion.

Tanner Bradford    March 14, 2020 at 12:09pm

Hey Zach, I got my pdga number about a week before the tourney and I provided at check in yesterday. Just wanted to let you know too since this is my first rated round. #134815

Zach Shafer   March 14, 2020 at 12:13pm

Hi Tanner, sounds great. I have now added your PDGA number.

Tanner Bradford   March 14, 2020 at 2:35pm

Thank you

J. Cleveland Gobert    March 13, 2020 at 7:31pm

See that you still have spots available. Will there be signups available in the morning to fill those spots?

dalton slantis   March 13, 2020 at 8:06pm

Registration closed yesterday and there will be no day of registration. The registration numbers are final.

J. Cleveland Gobert   March 13, 2020 at 8:51pm

Thanks for responding.

Justin Graves    March 13, 2020 at 6:07pm

Traveling 3 hours today. Just making sure this tournament is still a go?

Alex Huebner   March 13, 2020 at 6:14pm

Was about to ask the same question

Zach Shafer   March 13, 2020 at 6:22pm

Yes, still a go. We will be sending an email to all players with Player Meeting information, and pertinent information related to extra precautions we're putting in place for the Coronavirus. Please be sure to check your email around 5 pm.

Justin Graves   March 13, 2020 at 6:25pm

Awesome, thanks for the fast response

Jeremy Brooks    March 13, 2020 at 1:15am

Little confused... so is A pool playing Jackson just once Saturday and once Sunday??

Zach Shafer   March 13, 2020 at 2:39am

Yes, that is correct.

Jake Sprinkle    March 10, 2020 at 7:56pm

Just to clarify, as I'm in Intermediate. A-POOL, we'll play Jackson saturday and Warner sunday correct?

Zach Shafer   March 10, 2020 at 7:57pm

Incorrect. Saturday is Jackson - long tees, and Sunday is Jackson - short tees.

Blake Jenkins    March 10, 2020 at 6:27pm

Why don't you just run it like you did the first next-gen tournament when Ed steady was flooded? 2 shotgun start rounds on Saturday and One timed start on Sunday?

Zach Shafer   March 10, 2020 at 6:36pm

The short response is that we're expecting more than 3 times as many people, so this isn't logistically an option. We do appreciate your suggestion in finding another alternative though.

Blake Jenkins   March 10, 2020 at 10:28pm

I agree that is a very good point! There are a lot more people!

Chad Spearman    March 10, 2020 at 5:29pm

I am not receiving emails please email me all info and tee times to [email redacted] i wouldn't have known of any changes if it wasn't for friends keeping me posted i know my email is listed correctly with you and the pdga. Thanks chad

Thanks

If these people keep dropping out and field gets smaller will the format change to two rounds Saturday

Zach Shafer   March 11, 2020 at 9:02pm

Hi Alex. If we see a substantial amount of additional drops, then we will consider our options. We hope we don't see too many additional drops, and anticipate moving forward with just 2 rounds.

Mike Singletary    March 10, 2020 at 4:39pm

Will Steady Ed be available to play at all this weekend (before or after our rounds) or is the course completely closed?

dalton slantis   March 10, 2020 at 4:55pm

The course will be open to the public and you will be able to play it at your own risk. Some holes are completely under water and unplayable. You have to take different routes to get to certain holes.

Brett Platz    March 9, 2020 at 10:14pm

How swampy are we expecting for this weekend?

Zach Shafer   March 10, 2020 at 4:21pm

The "Steady" Ed Headrick course has now been removed from the schedule. Warner and Jackson are both a bit wet in some locations, but should be pretty dry with the warm temperatures we're expecting over the next couple of days. I'd still bring a change of socks and shoes with you just in case we see some more rain this week.

Zach Humphries    February 27, 2020 at 7:32pm

When will the courses be set in the layout that will be used for the tournaments?

dalton slantis   February 27, 2020 at 7:52pm

Right now the water level on Ed is preventing some hole changes. Once the water has gone down we will get them into the layout of play. The W.R Jackson and Jim Warner course are in the layout that will be used for the event.

Zach Humphries   February 28, 2020 at 12:08am

Awesome thanks

Rich Meade    February 25, 2020 at 5:20pm

What is the "edge of wetness" layout?

Rich Meade   February 25, 2020 at 6:51pm

Thanks!

Mike Singletary   March 9, 2020 at 11:37pm

To confirm, the basket positions will be in: 1)B 2)B 3)B 4)A 5)A 6)- 7)A 8)A 9)A 10)A 11)A 12)A 13)B 14)- 15)A 16)B 17)A 18)A Correct?

matthew stewart    February 25, 2020 at 1:38pm

Hey zach!! I ask for a refund . Unfortunately I can't make the tournament.

Zach Shafer   February 26, 2020 at 1:21pm

Hey Matthew. Your refund has now been processed. We hope to see you back at the IDGC again soon!

Colin Frazier    February 13, 2020 at 1:46am

I thought I already submitted registration last night but must have messed up finishing it. Is there any chance to still get in on shirts for the players pack?

Zach Shafer   February 13, 2020 at 2:07am

Hi Colin. We ordered enough shirts for everyone to get a shirt, but shirt sizes were only guaranteed to those who registered on or before February 11th. If you show up to early check in on Friday, or are here first thing on the morning on Saturday, it is more likely that you'll be able to select the size you're looking for. Thanks for signing up, and see you at the IDGC next month!

Justin Graves    February 8, 2020 at 7:24pm

Can I be moved to Int please..TIA

Keegan Bradford   February 9, 2020 at 3:11am

You can move yourself. Click "Registered Players", then click "edit" under your name at the top of the list and update your division. good luck!

Chad Buxton    January 23, 2020 at 9:09pm

Last year random draw doubles were held friday evening on warner. Is that happening again?

Zach Shafer   January 24, 2020 at 3:05pm

Hey Chad. Yes, we'll be doing that again this year. Just added it to the schedule.

Chad Buxton   January 24, 2020 at 10:27pm

Perfect. Thanks zach.

Chet Zukowski    January 21, 2020 at 3:42pm

Hey Zach, how do I go about moving from MA1 to MA2? Do I need to withdrawal and then reregister?

Zach Shafer   January 21, 2020 at 4:03pm

Hi Chet. You've been moved to MA2.

Chet Zukowski   January 21, 2020 at 4:43pm

Great! Thank you very much!
