9 AM State Championship berths up for grabs!
This will serve as the players meeting for the event. There will not be an in-person players meeting.
Basic Information
The event is full; we will not be taking walk up registrations.
We will be check-in with players in the morning beginning at 7:15 - Please see Nacho as you pull into the parking lot. Please be sure to check in before 7:45 as there is a waitlist. Any players not checked in before 7:45 will lose their position.
If you need to pay for ace pool or 50/50, please do so before the start of the 1st round at tournament central. Tickets for a chance to win a Zuca cart or Discraft Grip Bag will be available all day at tournament central.
Player pack pick up and early registration discs (First 45) will be distributed after the 1st round at tournament central.
Please follow social distancing guidelines when on the course. Please mask up when around tournament central and when your not able to socially distance.
In general, competitors should not be congregating around staff outside of turning in physical scorecards, checking results, picking up player’s packs or conferring with the TD.

There will be an ace pool ctp. If no one gets an ace, the money will go to the person on that ctp (ace pool paid in only & separate ace pools for MPO/MA1 and MA3).
Water will be available at tournament central and at Holes 7/13
Unfortunately due to a scheduling error, Bruce’s Badass BBQ WILL NOT be on site Sunday - Please Plan Accordingly
CTP/LP flags will only be going out for the 2nd round. Please collect these before you proceed to your 2nd round hole assignment. 50/50 and Ace Pool Throw Off will be out all day. Please be sure to bring in all Prize Flags after the 2nd round.

Live Scoring, Hole Assignments, and Tee Pad Assignments
We will be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring. Your hole assignments for the 1st and 2nd round will be listed in the Live Scoring system. 1 Player who utilizes Live Scoring for both their rounds will randomly be chosen to receive a $30 Disc Baron Certificate.
Hole assignments will also be available at tourney central.

Payouts
Payouts will be provided using the standard PDGA payout scale.
MPO Payouts, 50/50 and Ace Pool will all be paid via PayPal.
Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of coupons to Disc Baron online store
www.discbaron.com. Coupons will be distributed via email after the event is complete. Payouts must be claimed online. Payouts will not be available onsite. Winners will have until 10/23/20 to redeem their coupons. Coupons must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided.
