Caddies "book" - lots of the tees are cut off and you can't read the full sign. Do you have the OB / hazards etc written out anywhere instead? Thanks

Josh Wear   April 30 at 2:54pm

Tee signs will show all OB on each hole. Also, OB will be marked throughout the course.

Thanks

Never been to this course before...Is it pretty close to Grand Vue Park? In the same Park?

Josh Wear   April 29 at 7:26pm

No, completely different park. About 35 to 40 minutes from Grand Vue. You are looking for Brooke Hills Park, Wellsburg, WV.

Terry Miles   April 29 at 9:15pm

Great, thank you.

Brian Keegan    April 29 at 5:34pm

I'm really excited for this weekend! Disc Golf Examiner will be covering the event photos of everyone during round 1 and video of the MPO lead card final round! Catch me between the rounds to support us by buying jerky (Buffalo Ranch and Cayenne Pepper $10 a bag, limited number available) or DGX hats ($25 with $5 going to Fundraise for PFDO).

Any players who find themselves in a division of 2 will be given the option to play 1 on 1, or change Divisions.

Baleigh Hopkins    April 29 at 2:29am

What is going to happen since 2 women backed out from 2 different divisions? Since there has to be a minimum of 3 players in a division, what would be the easiest solution?

Josh Wear   April 29 at 2:52am

You may be asked to move into a division that has 3.

Baleigh Hopkins   April 30 at 2:33pm

Hey, I just talked to Brittany Allison and she said she would like to switch to intermediate women. She doesn't have an account, so she asked me to say something for her

Braden Ray    April 24 at 12:15pm

Where will tournament HQ be located?

josh fender   April 24 at 6:16pm

You can find its location in the Virtual Caddy Book. There is a slide in the beginning that shows the entire course, HQ, & camping.

Braden Ray   April 25 at 12:33am

Copy that

josh fender    April 22 at 3:58pm

Since both of the local Subway locations left us in the dark after contacting them, we decided we dont want Subway....
We are bringing in some tasty smoked treats from our sponsor HANGOVER BBQ!
We will have smoked turkey sandwiches & pulled pork sandwiches available for purchase in between rounds!

I unfortunately just noticed that on the registration form, i had the expiration date for shirt sizes set to April 15th of 2020.
Have no fear! We still have plenty of time to get your shirts!
I have emailed everyone in reguards to this. Please check your emails & get back to me with your shirt sizes, the sooner the better!
My apologies for any inconvenience!!

Tee Assignments are posted in pictures, pin positions will be posted the second week of February.

josh fender   January 24 at 6:57pm

Also take note Open and Advanced divisions- Hole 9 plays to the yellow basket, Hole 11 plays from the white tee(on the road), Hole 16 plays from the white tee(14 long tee).

josh fender   March 27 at 12:03pm

Due to the number of players & to try avoiding back ups Hole 16 will not be played from 14s long tee.

Hey Josh, I bumped my registration up to FA1 but it didn't prompt me to pay the entry fee difference. I can get the $10 to you any time, just let me know how you'd like me to process that!

My apologies for the delay, my gf & i are both "essential employees" & we have had a death in the family, not due to covid 19. Please bear with us in our time of hardship. Again, sincerest apologies, i will be reaching out to all registered players in reguards to their options.
