Dumb question I don’t have a rating but I’ve only been playing about 4 months now which division would be best for me

Cody, if you're fairly new to the game and tournaments, the Purple or Green division is likely going to be a good fit for you. I'll say that most with only 4 months of experience want to start in Purple.
