You can pick it up Saturday at Eureka.

Antonio DiazDeleon   August 17, 2019 at 3:12am

What is the earliest time I can pick up my vip badge on saturday?

Nate Heinold   August 17, 2019 at 12:44pm

Now!

Nicki Moore    August 12, 2019 at 11:31am

Per the email we just got, VIP passes have to be picked up at Eureka. We're coming into town Thursday night and want to see the women play Friday morning. How late Thursday evening and how early Friday morning can we pick up our VIP passes at Eureka?

Nate Heinold   August 12, 2019 at 6:40pm

Thursday evening as late as 6PM. Friday morning as early as 730AM.

Richard Peters    August 10, 2019 at 12:04am

Good day Nate, I would like to purchase a VIP pass if there are any left. Thanks

We do have a couple left, here is the link: https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/2019_PDGA_Pro_Worlds_Parking_Spectator_Pass_2019/register

Richard Peters   August 10, 2019 at 3:36pm

Thanks for the help Nate. I couldn't find the link earlier.

Richard Peters   August 10, 2019 at 3:38pm

Also for all those thinking of a VIP pass (which is just an incredible deal with the parking, meal, T shirt, and 3 Worlds discs) i was registrant 154 of 155. SO there is exactly 1 spot remaining. Lets sell this out for the team Nate has put together for the Worlds. Also appreciate all you and your team do Nate for the disc golf community - you are a true ambassador for the sport. Cheers

Paul Martin    August 9, 2019 at 12:10pm

I bought the weekly parking pass but will not be in town til Wed night or Thurs morning, where will I need to go to pick up the parking passes? Can I have a friend who's playing the tournament snag it for me?

Nate Heinold   August 9, 2019 at 1:41pm

You can pick it up at Lake Eureka, thanks!

Paul Martin   August 9, 2019 at 1:50pm

I'm driving to watch the FPO play at Sunset so I don't wanna miss that by swinging up to Eureka. I'll print out a copy of my receipt and leave it on my dashboard at sunset Thurs morning then pick up the parking pass after the card I'm gonna watch turn in their scores.

Eric Lucyk    August 6, 2019 at 11:14am

So a couple questions. Me and my dad are coming down to watch part of Thursday, All Friday and All Saturday. Do we need a parking pass for each of us if we are only in one car. And what’s my best option to cover parking for all three days?

When you arrive at one of the venues, they will have your parking pass and other items

Eric Lucyk   August 14, 2019 at 5:11pm

Probably to late to upgrade to VIP?? Or is that even possible?

Nate Heinold   August 15, 2019 at 2:35am

You can upgrade, just send us a message

Frank "Chip" Youmans    July 30, 2019 at 10:22am

Hey Nate, can we cashless pre reg for VIP badge and pay for it when I get there Tues? Thx

Nate Heinold   July 30, 2019 at 1:54pm

Unfortunately we cannot do that. We may have a few left, and if so, you can purchase one when you arrive.

Nate Heinold   July 30, 2019 at 1:54pm

Your best bet would be to buy one online!

Frank "Chip" Youmans   July 30, 2019 at 5:00pm

Ok thx.

Kenneth Cross III    July 26, 2019 at 3:44am

What is the refund policy on the VIP Badge? Interested in purchasing it before it sells out but might have to cancel trip if work plans change. Thanks.

Nate Heinold   July 26, 2019 at 3:04pm

No refunds are allowed, but we would mail you the 4 discs and the shirt if you can't make it.

Melissa Lindemann    July 26, 2019 at 1:10am

Hi there! Two of us are coming to spectate at Worlds with 1 vehicle. Do we need to purchase 2 VIP badges?

Thank you for the quick response! We are looking forward to it!

Melissa Lindemann   July 26, 2019 at 7:01pm

Are the VIP badges mailed to us or do we pick them up at the event?

Nate Heinold   July 26, 2019 at 7:13pm

We will send out an email closer to the event with information on picking them up, but you will be able to get them at Eureka pretty much every day.

packfan 72    July 24, 2019 at 4:05pm

I have never attended a tournament before as a spectator, nor really been part of any competitive disc golf events, other the 3 way small tournaments. I will be coming on Saturday only. I want to make sure I see the final round for the lead cards (both men and women if possible, but at least the men).

When should I show up? Are there set places for spectators, or can we follow a specific group? Also, will there be places to purchase food during lunch, and bathrooms?

Sorry for all the questions, but this is my first time. I'm super excited!!!

You won't need to bring anything, we will have the information at the course. And no, it does not guarantee a parking spot, but we will have plenty of parking in the park.

packfan 72   July 26, 2019 at 4:07pm

Thanks! Is there any other advice you have for a first time tournament spectator?

Nate Heinold   July 27, 2019 at 10:25pm

Just come on out and have fun!

Christopher Walton    July 2, 2019 at 11:25pm

Do volunteers need to purchase parking passes?

Nate Heinold   July 7, 2019 at 12:21pm

Nope!

Christopher Walton   July 8, 2019 at 2:42am

Okay, thanks!

Simon Doering    July 2, 2019 at 1:42am

Just some questions
1) What time of day is the event?
2) Will the final round with trophy presentation be on Saturday?
3) Will it be possible to purchase the discs if only attending for one day?

Nate Heinold   July 7, 2019 at 12:22pm

FPO tee times will probably start around 730 each day. Lead card MPO will probably be around 3PM. Final round and trophy presentation will be Saturday. You will be able to purchase discs if only attending one day.

James Sanchez    May 28, 2019 at 2:46am

Hi Nate,

Very excited my first time watching a pro disc gold event live will be at World’s with the VIP pass. I have two questions:

1. Do you know if the FPO and MPO tee off at different times of the day. Trying to map out my three days there. Ideally, I’d like to bounce around and try to catch most of the play for both divisions at their respective courses.

2. The four discs given for the VIP registrants. Are you able to divulge any info on what these discs are, like what brand and/or what combination of discs (distance, fairway, mid-range, putter?)

Nate Heinold   May 28, 2019 at 3:41am

FPO tee times will probably start around 730am and lead card FPO will go off in the 1020/1030am range.

Nate Heinold   May 28, 2019 at 3:41am

MPO lead card will go off in the afternoon around 230/3.

Nate Heinold   May 28, 2019 at 3:42am

As for the discs, it will probably be two special discs from Infinite, something special from Discraft and then either something from DGA, Prodigy or MVP.

Lance Perkins    May 10, 2019 at 2:54pm

I got the weekly parking pass. Would I also pick up my disc and shirt at Eureka?

Nate Heinold   May 10, 2019 at 3:01pm

We will have those available at Pro Check in at Five Points on Sunday. Or you can just show up at any course and they will have a list and your stuff!

Lance Perkins   May 10, 2019 at 3:13pm

Great, thanks Nate! My wife and I are looking forward to being at both Ledgestone and World's this year!

Bethel Barrett    April 26, 2019 at 12:01am

Where and How do you get your VIP kit ? mailed to you, pick up where dates / times ? Interested, however I might not be there till the final 3 days.

Excellent response and info. Thank you Nate .

Caleb Sprunger   May 17, 2019 at 12:14am

What’s all included in the spectators pack?

Nate Heinold   May 17, 2019 at 5:26pm

All of that information is listed on the right side of this link: https://www.discgolfscene.com/tournaments/2019_PDGA_Pro_Worlds_Parking_Spectator_Pass_2019

Dave Brunsting    February 11, 2019 at 4:37pm

Some easy questions:
1. Is there any chance of the parking filling up? Is there a foreseeable need to purchase in advance?
2. Can VIP badges be purchased at the event?

Nate Heinold   February 11, 2019 at 4:56pm

Yes, its possible parking will be full. Its not likely, but if we get to the point where its getting close to full, sales will be suspended. VIP badges can be purchased at the event, subject to availability. Right now it looks like we will be sold out before the event.

Dave Brunsting   February 11, 2019 at 5:13pm

Cool! Thanks! You may see a small contingent from Sand Ridge spectating. Went to the Ledgestone last year to watch the last round of MPO and was impressed. Can't wait to see this one!

Nate Heinold   February 20, 2019 at 3:43am

Glad to hear!
