This is the official membership drive location for Heartland Disc Golf. As a member your club fees will be used to directly impact disc golf at your local courses. Tee signs, baskets, benches, and more are always in need of maintenance and improvement.

GEN is for all players with a full player package of a club shirt and bag tag.


MA1 is for a tag only membership. It is a full member, but does not include the club shirt.

MJ18 is for all Jr's:

Your membership package will include a bag tag.

Once added you will be invited to the "Heartland Disc Golf Members" page on Facebook. This will be a closed group for club business, votes, club meetups, and any other club specific information. less
