This is the 2nd event for Dragon's Breath Fall League https://www.discgolfscene.com/leagues/Dragons_Breath_Fall_League_2019

You do not have to play the sanctioned portion. You can sign up under general for a casual round. PDGA rules apply except you CAN drink during these rounds without penalty.
