Do you have to have a PDGA membership to enter this tournament or would not ever having one count as being under 900 rating?

This will be covered in the competitor handbook, which will either be completed tonight or tomorrow..... stay tuned. However you do not need to be a PDGA member to play. However you should still choose the division you feel reflects your skill level.
