Definitely not! The 15 player max listed is for the players packs we have available. Those who pre-registered will be guaranteed a players pack and the remaining packs available will be first come first serve when registration starts in the morning. Yes you can move up in division, but if you qualify under that division you will have to compete in that same divisions for the next rounds. Yes longs for all holes both rounds.

As of right now this event is still scheduled to happen. Your TD has ordered players packs. Keep in mind though that if there are less than 4 players in any division, the winner of that division does not recieve a PAID entry into regionals. They do still recieve an invite though, and payouts remain the same.
