One of these days I'll be ambitious enough to wrangle a food truck but I'm just going to give an hour break for lunch. There are 3 fast food places close by, McDonalds and Biscuitville if you go left out of park and take a right at the light or Subway if you go left at the same light. Once your card turns its card in you're free to flee for lunch.

It's a small park so don't worry. You'll come off hwy 220 using the Spero Rd exit, then take a right onto Balfour Ave. After you cross train tracks look for Canoy Dr. across from a manufacturing plant. Drive down and veer towards the right, which will lead you to the parking lot between the first one you pass at the tennis/Bball courts and the upper lot by the pool. Check-In will either be at the only shelter or the corner of the parking lot near hole 18's basket and hole 1's tee. I will set up 2 general divisions, one for serious players (Intermediate and up) and one for casual players (Rec., Juniors, Ladies, seniors, etc) to give everybody a general puncher's chance of winning it all. The serious division will be roughly the same tees as the course (none longer than 360') and the Casual div. will be more of a "deuce or die" par 3 layout similar to an Ace Race format (not quite as short). The creek does not come into play much except for temporary hole 18 but it typically runs shallow and not a big worry to lose a disc. It will be like the Trilogy Challenge where you have to use your Player's pack discs, no fourth option but I will have a little bit of extra discs (Plasma Photons and Waves, Proton Resistors and Theories, extra PP discs). Not much of a disc shop nearby but the Dunhams Sporting Goods store in Randolph Mall has a respectable selection of Innova, Discraft and Dynamic. If you come thru Greensboro, the Play it Again Sports on Battleground has a good selection and if you come through Winston-Salem the PIAS has a great selection. Thanks.
