Well that was a wet and messy day!! Some holes had to be changed, a few needed to be skipped, but we trudged on through 17 holes in Round 1 and 9 in Round 2. Holes 1 and 2 tees were moved to avoid the swampy fairways and holes 5-7 were unplayable due to the lake that formed in the fairways from the monsoon we played through. For Round 2, we played holes 1-4, 8-11, and 16, for a total of 26 holes on the day.

Congrats to the Advanced winner Dan Wu with a score of 2+ on the day. What's even more impressive about that score is that he lost his driver during the 1st round and still had the hot round in the Round 2 to steal the win. Kipper snagged 2nd place with a +5, followed by Tim K. in 3rd with a +6. In the General grouping, Bill Adamini grabbed the win with a +3, followed by Dan Panfil in 2nd with a +4, and Jon Gensel rounding on the top 3 with a +8. The Ring of Fire was won by Richard Roth, and he snagged a Cadet Bag with the win. CTPs in the first round were won by Bruce S. (Hole 2), Dan Panfil (Hole 11), and Mike Tomecko (Hole 4), who all snagged a disc. Kipper hit the only ace of the tourney and took home the cash ace fun with an ace on hole B with his Evidence mid range!!

Thanks to everyone for coming out!!! Don't forget about the MVP Circuit Event on 8/1/15!! Same deal...3 discs and some swag for 30. Similar format, but hopefully the normal course and better conditions. Registration for this one is now open through 7/17!!!!

The players pack is sick and more than worth the $30 entry fee to play. There's gonna be a bunch of side games and prizes, so you don't want to miss this one!! This event will be pre-registration only, so make sure to get in while you can!!!

lot's of rain and some wind in the forecast tomorrow. this event will be held rain or shine. please be prepared. if the conditions become unbearable, we may just play one round of 20. but i'm hoping to get both rounds in. player packs will be available around 9. i'm hoping to get down there and snag the pavilion near hole 2. if there's any issues with timeliness, you can always text or call me or leave a message here.

Player packs have officially been ordered!! I have ordered 3 extra packs that will be handed out to those who verbally claim them first. They will cost the standard $30, and payment will be due the day of the event. If the packs do not sell, they will be added as prizes for the event. Speak up quick if you are interested!! They will go first come, first serve, as mentioned here or the similar post I will be putting on the Facebook event page.

there is now less than one week to register for this event! don't forget, this is pre-pay only, and there will be no extra player packs available the day of the event!! registration closes on 6/13!!! $30 gets you your players pack and some other goodies, and this year there will be a couple of added prizes for side games, including a small bag and some discs.

This year's format will be as follows:

Round 1 - Standard 20 hole layout (holes 1-18, A and B)

Round 2 - Final 9 (holes 3-8, 14, 17-18)

The Final 9 will include all players. Total score between the 2 rounds will be used to determine standings.

There will also be side games for other prizes, including a Ring Of Fire for a Cadet Disc Golf Bag. There will also be CTPs during each round for other prizes such as discs or other goodies.

We are now at officially less than one month until registration closes on 6/13/15!! Don't wait and miss out!! There's gonna be some cool side games and prizes this year, in addition to a really cool players pack that is more than worth the $30 entry fee!! If you don't want to pay via Paypal, shoot me a message and we'll work something out. I'll be at most of the local events in the next month (Pundy RWB, The Beauty, Shoot the Breeze), and can take cash then if you prefer. Hope to see some old and new faces this year!!
