Sadly, DFOK is becoming increasingly difficult to work with. In order to guarantee that I will be able to share news about upcoming LCM tournaments with you, I encourage all of you to join the LCM "club" on discgolfscene. I appreciate much of what DFOK has done, but will no longer rely on that club to share information about LCM disc golf events.

Congratulations to all Players, Donors, Sponsors and Volunteers for the 2014 LCM Ice Bowl Charity Disc Golf Tournament, hosted by LCM and DFOK! Thanks to all of you, we were able to raise$904.70 and 338 pounds of food for the Flint Hills Breadbasket Community Food Network!

Here is your chance to have some input on our 2014 "Break the Chains" tournament discs. I will be placing the order tomorrow... Friday, March 7th. We are ordering Innova discs this year, but can also order Discmania discs. We will only be able to order 3 or 4 models because of quantity requirements. So, let me know what Innova or Discmania discs you would like to see. Let me know in the next 24 hours....

Hey everyone, Thanks for coming out! We had a total of 61 players register for the tournament. Four were unable to play. So, we had a total of 57 who played the tournament. This is a record for an LCM hosted tournament, and for a tournament hosted at Fairmont park!

Also, I have added up the Income from the tournament, but still need to calculate our expenses. However, things are looking very good for a record setting tournament fundraising effort for the Flint Hills Breadbasket! Thanks to all who donated and collected donations! We will bring the food items to FHBB later this month to be weighed. At that point, we will post the final fundraising totals for dollars and food!
