This special event supports Cecil County Memorial VFW Post 6027—a cornerstone of our community. Post 6027 plays a vital role by supporting local charities, public schools, students in need of scholarships, food banks, families facing hardship, and, most importantly, our Veterans and their families.

CCDG is proud to partner with Post 6027 to host this meaningful tournament. Your participation helps us give back to those who give so much.

VFW Post 6027: No one does more for Veterans!

Custom Divisions to support Sponsorship and Donations for non-participants:
• HPS: Hole Sponsorship: $65 (18 Available); We'll reach out via the email you registered with for Logo.
• TCS: Tournament Central Sponsor Sign: $65; We'll reach out via the email you registered with for Logo.
(Note: $15 to cover materials to make signs, $50 will be donated to the cause)
• DON: Varying options for direct donation to Post 6027.
• You can also donate directly to Post 6027 or CCDG with cash/check or other means.
• You can also just show up and donated the day of the tournament.
• Walk-ups welcome if tournament does not fill up, goal is 72 (4x18)

What portion of proceeds will be donated to Post 6027?

• 18% of Entry Fee
• 100% of Ace pot, if not hit
• 50% of Mulligans
• 100% of Beer/Alcohol Sales
• 70% of Monetary Sponsorships/Donation
• 50/50 Payout
• 100% of Bucket Raffle

What portion of proceeds will go towards payouts?

• 27% of entry fee
• 30% of Mulligans
• 30% of Monetary Sponsorships/Donation

What portion of proceeds will go to CCDG:
• Only enough to cover any overages in support of making this a great tournament.

Breakout of Entry Fee:

• Tournament: $45
• $12 for players pack putter
• $8 for donation to VFW
• $13 to cover food, drinks, extras
• $12 towards payouts

Players Pack:
• Custom Stamped Putter
• Donuts/Coffee
• Lunch
• Drink (soda/water)

•Free starter pack for those without, only for Vets and VFW/Aux members (putter with players pack, plus 2 other discs that we source from lost and found/donations/our own personnel stacks of discs we don't use)

Payouts:
• Payouts to 40% of each Division
• Best Round of the Day: Engraving on Perpetual Trophy; Custom perpetual trophy will be displayed at the VFW.
• Trophies to winner of all Divisions.

Closet to Pin (CTP) Prizes:
• 2 per division

Bucket Raffle:
• $20 for 10 entries.
• Beer Signage
• Beer Tap Handle
• Beer Clock
• Signed Disc Golf Gear (James Conrad, Andrew Fish, Ricky Wysocki, and more!)
• Dynamic Discs Night Catcher
• Sephora Beauty Product Samples
• Misc. Gift Baskets

Ace Pot:
• $5

Mulligans:
• 2 for $10
• 4 for $20

50/50 Raffle:
• CCDG will start the pot of with a $50 donation. Cash only for this piece
• 2 tickets $5, 10 tickets $20
• Payout: 50% to winner and 50% to Post 6027

Before/During/After Party:
• There will be beer and alcohol available with a suggested donation, all proceeds will be donated to Post 6027.
