Greetings one and all!!

The final days before the Solitude Open Presented by MVP Disc Sports are upon us. Here is some helpful information as you prepare for this Epic Tournament.

Keep an eye on the weather - there is a storm due in on Thursday and as of today it appears to be gone by Friday. Mountain weather can and does change quite fast. Be prepared with appropriate clothing, snacks and water.

We will be posting Tee-Times Wednesday night, they can be found on the PDGA Tournament page. https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/41345. I can tell you that Tee-Times for Friday will start at 9:15 on hole AA - one of the lower holes that plays across the small pond. Saturday Tee times will equally start at 9:15 on hole AA. Sunday Tee times will start at 8:15 on hole AA.

The Caddy book will be published on Wednesday in a PDF format and may be accessed on the FB event page or dowloaded prior to the event.

The layout for Friday and Saturday is set. We will play AA, BB, CC (the three lower holes), 1 through 14, A, B, C to G as an island, H, I and then 15 through 18. Sundays layout is likely to not include the upper holes so that we may finish in a timely manner. Final decision on that will take place after Fridays round. The lower holes will be in place for practice from 4pm on Thursday.

You may check in on Thursday at the Last Chance Saloon Patio from 5-6. We will have a mini golf course set up and an ad hoc CTP hole to play for all that check in during this time. The mini golf course will remain up through 3 pm on Sunday.

If you are unable to check in Thursday evening you MUST check in to the tournament at least 1 hour prior to your tee-time.

You must check in separately for your tee-times 15 min prior to your allotted time.

We are going to be trying the NEW Live scoring OFFICIAL Scoring APP. We will be giving out paper scorecards as well to provide a backup. Please go here to read more about this exciting new development: https://www.pdga.com/help/tournament-management/official-hole-scoring.

On any browser ONE player in the group will need to go to www.pdga.com/score and enter access code: xxxxxxxx. Then enter your name or PDGA # and you are set to go. More details and an instruction sheet will be handed out when you check in for your Tee-Time.

Subject to change - Order of play will be MA2, MA40, MA1, MP50, MP40, MPO - Friday tee times will start at 9:15 on hole AA with 14 min intervals. Saturday will be 9:15 start on AA. Sunday will be 8:15 start on AA or 9 on lift time.
