For anyone who's going to be in Swift early on Friday (1 pm ish), Taelor and I are looking to throw a doubles practice round down at the Riverside course. Send me a message on Facebook if you're interested! :-)

Disc Golf Saskatchewan will be hosting a disc swap this year.
Find some new treasures!
For a 5 dollar entry:
You can have up to 10 entries for discs you want to swap.
So bring 1 to 10 discs you want to exchange with others.
For $5 you will be given 1 ticket per disc your number will be called and you will have 20 seconds to pick a disc from the selection.
And please only discs that still have life.
See you there!

Is there actual hole layouts we can look at since the player book is out?

Do we know tee times as of yet? Or a rough guesstimate?
I cannot say for certain but usually once registration is closed tee times become a little more apparent based on division numbers.

There are other events happening that weekend in Swift Current. Best to book hotels sooner rather than later

Will all divisions except Juniors play both courses? Also, any sneak peeks into what this temporary course will look like? (Open, wooded, long, technical, mix of everything)
Sorry Dan missed this one! Yes everyone but juniors will be playing both courses. The Highland Coulee course is very Wayne AB esq. Lots of elevation & precarious target positioning. Some good length.

I don't understand the ratings system personally but I looked at the events you played in and the event you won was close. It's not like you totally dominated the division you played in so I'm not sure what the problem here is. I'm in my second year of this sport and I'll be doing my first ma2 event this year. I would expect even par to be competitive in ma2
There is a PDGA system people can use to find out what divisions they play. In Saskatchewan we have a very small bubble which makes it very challenging to know where exactly you sit. If you are haven't experienced many tournaments but are shooting close to par in Saskatoon or Regina I would sa ... more

Is there a preferred tournament campground? Kinetic Park? or another?
unfortunately camping is scarce, best to find a place ASAP if available. We were unable to secure a dedicated camping area for the event
