Scott Jenkins Mulligans question.. normally it was one per HOLE. This year it reads one mulligans per SHOT..

So... if you had a bad drive. Then threw a good one. Had a bad upshot... you could use another on the upshot.... correct? Or was it written up wrong? Feb 20, 2024

James White Feb 21, 2024 I get with both of you are saying. Greg. I would prefer the tournament was $20 more and there'll be no Mulligans. But it would be hard to compete with guys that get 20 extra shots.
