Here is a breakdown of what to expect Sunday:
7:30-8:30am Check-in/registration
Please walk up to the Fussman pavilion to check in to the event and pick up a free pack of handwarmers. This is also the time to check get into the ace pool and 50/50 if you have not already done so. Do not park in the circle drive near the pavilion.
We will be using PDGA live scoring for this event, after you have checked in at the pavilion go to pdga.com/score and use the password (password available at tournament central) to log in and confirm your starting hole and course. Your hole assignment may change due to changes in registration in the morning please reconfirm your starting hole close to tee time.
If you are not checked in at the Fussman pavilion by 8:30 you will lose your spot if we are full, if you are running late please text me at 9894006945.
9am Tee off Round 1
You need to be at your starting hole at 9am, re-confirm your starting hole at pdga.com/score (password (password available at tournament central)) as drops may have changed starting holes.
Ribbons are allowed.
Scoring will be done at pdga.com/score (password (password available at tournament central)) a paper card may be used as a backup; all scores must be submitted through live scoring. In 2026 all players must keep score, paper cards will be available at tournament central. .
We will sound a 2-minute warning horn, followed by a tee off horn. In instances of no-shows, you must have at least 3 players in a group. If this affects you one person joins the group behind and one person joins the group in front.
Finalize all scores on pdga live scoring as soon as possible, if you have issues or discrepancies bring them up to the Fussman pavilion.
After Round 1/Lunch
After you complete your round and submit all scores please come to the pavilion for a free lunch provided by 8cap INC!
The second round will begin one hour after the last group finishes, the tee time and hole assignments will be posted on pdga.com/score (password (password available at tournament central)) as soon as possible.
Please purchase some raffle tickets! We will have great items available to win! We will register your name to a number so you do not need to be present to win.
Round 2
Confirm the starting time and your starting hole at pdga.com/score (password (password available at tournament central)) or by checking at the pavilion.
Please bring in any CTPs that are on your final hole.
Awards
As divisions complete we will hand out the 1st place trophies, if you are a winner please hang around the pavilion so we can hand them off to you! If you are tied for 1st immediately come to the pavilion to begin playoffs. Ties below will be evenly divided between players.
8 Berths will be awarded, and distributed according to division size.
Am payouts- DISCBARON will email you a coupon code within 48 hours, you do not need to collect any payout on site.
Pro payouts- I can accommodate on site cash payout or a paypal payout later Sunday night. Let me know if you want cash day of.
CTPs will be awarded as the flags come in.
50/50 and ace pool will be issued via paypal.
After we have handed out the trophies, we will pull the raffle tickets!
