I apologize for the long email but please take the time to read everything. I want to take the time to thank everyone for choosing to spend your Saturday with us. We have been running Ice Bowl for 14 years now. We are looking forward to seeing you all.
BATTLE PARK Temp Course
The updated course layout is on UDisc. Because of the lack of signage, I recommend UDisc for navigation.

CANNED FOOD ITEM ENTRY
Remember, this is a charity event for our local food bank. Part of your entry includes donating at least 2 canned food items that morning. Please hand in your canned food items at check in. This is important, please do not forget this.
MORNING CHECK IN
Player check in is 7:45am to 8:30am at Battle Park Lane, Rocky Mount, NC. The gate will be open. TC will be held in the back parking lot, not the small, front one.
To check in, form a line starting at the red scoreboard. That red scoreboard will have everyone's player card. Find your card and take this up to the TD"s for player check in.
If you do not check in, you will not be counted present and not assigned to a card.
PLAYER MEETING
Player meeting will start at 8:30am at the shelter. Make sure you are there for this. Should only last 10-15 minutes.
MULLIGANS
Optional mulligans can be used ONLY in the 1st round. No mulligans can be used for the second round. Many of you have prepaid for your mulligans on DGS. Mulligans can be purchased the morning of if you did not prepay for them already.
SPEED OF PLAY
Please keep a high pace of play. Be courteous to the folks behind you and in front of you. Do not hold other cards up.
CADDY SHEET
Attached is a copy of the caddy sheet. CTP's for each division are listed.
FIRST ROUND
First round will start at 9:00am. We expect this round to last until 11:45pm. This is the only round you can use your mulligans. No mulligans 2nd round.
LUNCH
Lunch will be roughly 1 hour after the last card is turned in. If you are on the last card to come in and end up taking a lot longer to play than others, expect to have a shorter lunch.
SECOND ROUND
Second round should be quicker than the first because no mulligans can be used. Standard stroke play.
AWARDS
Awards will be given out as soon as we can. Trophies are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each division. Stick around and congratulate all of the winners. We also will be playing multiple rounds of ring of fire giving away a ton of merch.
RMDG MERCH
RMDG will have a merch table set up.

If you have any CTP/ring of fire donations, please give this to TJ or Rick Thanks so much for your donations!
MOST IMPORTANT RULE
The most important rule of Ice Bowl: Have fun! If you are unfamiliar with RMDG and how we operate, our goal for every single event is to have fun. All of RMDG member's and staff work extremely hard to make sure everything we do is fun. The Ice Bowl is our favorite event of the year because it's fun.
Don't take yourself too seriously when out there playing, "this ain't no PDGA" - Frank Martin. Keep your card mates moving, don't hold people up, be cognizant of time, have fun.
