Ace Funds will be split pool a/b and pool c/d. If no ace is hit in that pool, 50% will be donated to the club, and 50% will be given to the longest birdie streak from the third round.

50% will go to cash CTP competition, 50% to the host club, HDGU. The CTP will be first hole of the third round, and will be split by course

Select the size for your jersey provided by Cardinal Disc Golf! Selection by August 1st guarantees your size, selection after August 1st we will do our best to get you your size but cannot guarantee.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Hamilton Disc Golf Union is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. The refund policy is outlined below.

Players requesting a refund between August 27th and September 7th at 4PM Eastern time will receive a 50% refund, unless the event spot is filled from the waitlist.

Players requesting a refund after September 7th at 4PM Eastern time, which is the published time for the close of registration, or players who do not check in, will not receive a refund or their players pack.
