Unfortunately we cannot cater to everyone’s dietary needs, so we are keeping it the basics.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy
PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE EVENT

Players who officially request to withdraw on or before 10th July 2026 (at least 15 days before the start of the event) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus PayPal, Disc Golf Scene fees and a $10 admin / refund handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from this event between 11th July 2026 and 7pm on the 17th July 2026 inclusive (8 to 14 days before the start of this event ) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus PayPal and Disc Golf Scene fees and a $10 admin / refund handling fee) only if their spot in the tournament is filled by another player. If the player’s spot is not filled, the player will receive a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee.

Players who request withdrawal after 7pm on 17th of July 2026 (the published close of registration) are not entitled to a refund.

DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
