The first round each day is set to begin at 8:00am. The second round tee times are expected to begin at approx 12:30pm.
On Saturday, the groups will be teeing off in 12 minute intervals. The first two divisions in the morning (MA50 and MA40) will be regrouped by their first round scores. The second round will begin one hour after the last card in said division turn in their scores. The ladies will remain in the same group each round. The Intermediate and Rec division will remain in the same group for both rounds. The second round tee time for each group will be one hour after their scores are turned in. If you leave the park for lunch, please be back BEFORE your tee time.
On Sunday, the groups will be teeing off in 15 minute intervals. All divisions will be regrouped by their first round scores. The second round tee times will begin one hour after the last card in each division turns in their scores.
On Saturday, speed of play could be a factor. Please be ready to throw when it is your turn. If a disc is lost, please enforce the 3 minute rule. I would like to prevent back ups from happening. If you do end up waiting with a group in front of you, maintain your social distance.

Thanks for putting this together. I’m really looking forward to it and love New Quarter. Question about lunch: Are you and the park going to want us off the premises and not hanging out in the parking lot eating lunch between rounds? I need to know for car shuffling reasons.

(UPDATE 6/10) Saturday is filled to capacity with great turnout in the Intermediate division. This will force me to make a small adjustment for to the groupings for the Intermediate and Rec divisions. Players will in these two divisions will stay with their same first round group for the second round. This will make the second tee times start sooner and easier for both you and me!! I am open to requests from these two divisions for players that would like to play together. You have until tomorrow at 5pm to contact me with your request. I will do my best to honor your request. This is only for the Intermediate and Rec divisions. All other divisions will be regrouped by score for the second round.

Start at Hole 10 and you can see what remains. The fairway to 10 long is awful. So is 18. Lots of debris to be removed. They will let us use the big mower but by all means bring what you have and a helper. Walk the back 9 down and clean up as you go. Weedeaters are good, push mowers are better. Pile all the debris to the side out of play or if its in the open, stack it up so I can load it in my truck. Let's welcome back all our players and make it a beautiful restart of our season. We appreciate the support.

Fellow Club members, now is the not time to ask 'What can Tim do for me, it's what can I do for Tim?" Pretty much single handily put this whole event by himself in a short period of time. If we could get 4-5 more people out at the course this week and do 1/10th the things he does each day we could help him deliver the tourney he envisions. He wants to show that Colonial cares about the players and the sport. To that end I will be out there pretty much between 4-6PM this week, weather permitting and maybe early Tuesday and Friday morning doing what I can to help out. The front 9 are pretty much done Hole 4 and 7 are transformed if you saw it Saturday or Sunday you know what I mean. The good news is only 9 holes to go! See you out there..
