Player Pack Hoodies, Jerseys, Patches, Pins, and Koozies will be available for pickup on Thursday. Player Pack Discs will arrive Thursday Night and will be passed out on Friday morning. MPO Player Fredy Meza will be bringing the discs from the Lone Star Disc Warehouse in Houston, TX.

It was in all the long positions. It has changed a bit from last year(even longer) but I’m assuming it’s the tournament layout. The tournament description mentioned playing the “championship layout” and that’s what UDisc is also calling it so I’d say it’s safe to assume it’s ready for a practice round.

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer an option to decline any portion of the player pack. We have a commitment to our Event Sponsor (Lone Star Disc) to distribute their discs as part of the player package for participating in this event. We take pride in holding our events to the highest standards, well above the minimum PDGA requirements for player packs and payouts for all events - especially this one as an A-Tier event. Many players who find they don't need certain items choose to sell or trade them after the event.

Thanks for the thorough answer! I completely understand the commitment to the title sponsor and Big Foot's commitment to this standard is commendable. However, while I will attempt to sell or trade these discs, all I feel like I'm paying for is a chore since I would much rather receive an event shirt or other piece of memorabilia than more discs from a specific manufacturer (even if it's something I would bag/use). I hope Big Foot considers the option to decline parts or all of the player pack for future events.

Coordinating all the moving pieces—ensuring accurate player announcements, playing the right songs, and keeping everything on schedule each day—was a significant challenge. We're proud of how smoothly things went and are committed to delivering that same seamless experience again this year. Simply put, this is more than just running a tournament and we want to keep the tradition and spirit of the event going strongly.
