Welcome to the 10th Annual Swifty Memorial BYOP

A few quick notes before you arrive:

I can not stress this enough. It can take some time to get into the
park so come plenty early. Tee off will be at 9am and "I was stuck in
traffic" is not going to save you on Saturday with a shotgun start. We
will Tee off and you will be given Par +4 for all missed holes. If a
hole is started you may not join until the next hole starts. COME
EARLY PLEASE

???? Location
The event is being held at the AES facility off Woodman Drive.
AES Ohio, 1065 Woodman Dr, Dayton, OH 45432.
Woodman is a mess of construction be prepared for a backup

???? Security Check Saturday, with all the players hitting the
checkpoint at the same time be prepared for a backup. Come early as we
will still be teeing off at 9am tomorrow.

You’ll need your ID to get in.

Please arrive early enough to clear security and still make your tee time.

Please be over-polite here. These guys are not used to a hundred
people hitting their gate who don't have credentials to be on site.

???? Respect the Venue
This is John’s workplace, not a public park. We are guests here.

Show your best behavior at all times—anyone acting out of line will be
removed and possibly banned from future events.

There are no trash cans on the course. Pack it in, pack it out. Leave no trace.

☀️ Course Conditions
This is park-style golf in an open setting. The forecast looks good,
but be prepared for sun exposure. Consider bringing shade cover or an
umbrella.

Remember this is a Shotgun start 2 round event. Everyone tees off at
the same time. 9am. I will set your starting hole on UDisc tonight so
check the event page for details. We will have a players meeting about
15 min before we tee off so be on site early for this. We will take a
1 hour break between rounds after the last card comes in and then play
round 2

????️ Raffle
We’ll have a raffle running all weekend with great prizes. The drawing
is Saturday after doubles, and you do not need to be present to win.
All proceeds support Pink Ribbon Good. We are selling tickets on site
for $5 each or 5 for $20

Remember we will also have Swifty After Dark Saturday Night Glow and
Sunday Singles with the DDG. There is still space for both of these so
don't miss out.

Had to withdraw due to my 13-year-old dog feeling really ill. Needed every dollar I had to pay for the echocardiologist, vet visit and possible surgery.

Was curious how much of the fees that I would still own Nick cooke for withdraw.. Is it not about $3 and some change a person, like most tournaments? He is saying he needs 10 bucks in fees
