10th Nebraska Team Challenge
Mahoney State Park - both days
Teams of 4 - there are 3 separate combined PDGA rating divisions.
3651 and above $200/team
3501-3650 $160/team
3500 and below $120/team
If you have a player who does not have a current PDGA rating, contact me and we will get it worked out and get a rating assigned to that player.
trophies awarded to the top team regardless of division.

1 to 4 teams - winner take all
5-8 teams - top 2 paid
9 or more teams - top 3 paid
there will be a one hole playoff for any ties at payout spots. The playoff will start on hole #9 and will be round 4 format - playoff will continue until the tie is broken.
$5 per person goes towards trophies & expenses (paint/flags/cards/etc)
$5 optional ace fund - throw off for half if not hit - other half will go towards junior disc golfer first time PDGA memberships. - MUST PRE-REGISTER for - NO DAY OF!!
DAY 1 - October 5, 2024 - Mahoney State Park
ROUND 1 tee time 830am
Scramble - basically best shot disc golf
ROUND 2
Alternating Pairs - Teams are divided into teams of 2. Teams will then play true alternating best shot as pairs for the entire round.
DAY 2 - October 6, 2024
ROUND 3 830am
Florida Scramble - Best shot except the players whose shot you take does not play from the lie. So whoever makes the putt does not drive the next hole.
ROUND 4
Fourball - teams are divided into teams of 2 - both teams play alternating shot and the round scores of each team are added together at the end.
Courses subject to change if needed due to unforeseen circumstances.
September 28 is the last day to make a division change.
$10 cancel fee per player
entry is completely non-refundable after September 28.

GENERAL ROUND AND HOLE RULES
-- 3 minute rule for lost disc.
-- 2 stroke penalty and the throw does not count if taken by a player who was not eligible to throw
-- 2 stroke penalty for incorrect scorecard turned in (paper card will be official)

HOLE #1
Rounds 1 & 2 - touching road to the left or beyond is O.B., touching parking lot O.B., touching sidewalk is O.B.
Rounds 3 & 4 - basket moved deeper right - MANDO to the left of the group of tall thin evergreen trees near short basket placement - and drive must land across sidewalk.
If you do not complete the Mando on your drive go to the drop zone with a 1 stroke penalty.
Once across sidewalk, touching or going back across is O.B. - paint line along long grass O.B.
touching road to the left or beyond is O.B., touching parking lot O.B., touching sidewalk is O.B.

HOLE #11 - VERY SMALL ISLAND HOLE - TEMP TEE UP NEAR #12 TEE - SPECIAL RULE FOR THIS HOLE: ALL PLAYERS MUST REMAIN BEHIND THE TEE BOX UNTIL ALL DRIVES HAVE BEEN TAKEN. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO CHECK TO SEE IF A DRIVE IS SAFE ON THE ISLAND OR NOT.
ALL ROUNDS - If you do not land safely on the island go to the old cement tee box just past the basket as the drop zone with a 1 stroke penalty. If you do not land safely on the island from the drop zone, try again with a one stroke penalty applied once again. Once safely on the island, the painted line is treated as regular O.B.

No. The hole rules are listed here in comments. There are 2 extra long holes for the second round. Tee 2 to basket 3 and tee 16 to basket 17. Hole #10 will be in an extra long placement as well down by the hole 11 tee and hole #1 has an extra long placement that has never been used before.
