Per PDGA rules on refunds:
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost ...

By PDGA design guidelines due to distance and OB (road and creek behind basket) it is a 4 but if you GET a 4 without being OB you won’t be happy.

How are people supposed to register to take my spot? Online registration is closed.
I have posted in all of the Facebook pages and will be doing so every other day until the 14 th of September
I feel pretty confident that 3 people will play
Ben Reeves, Anthony Vaughn, Robbie Ufford, Carson Brock, Derek and Clare Cooper and Brian Benton will receive full refunds as their spaces were filled(even though some of those players dropped). Jay Norton,Jesus Cisneros, Morgan Padgett, Greg Reese, and Jonathan Samson will receive their players package and Al Hause will receive 25%refund per PDGA rules listed above.
If anyone getting a players package would like to have someone pick it up for them please let me know by today at 11pm as I will not have service at Lula tomorrow.(Morgan already got you)
