Pass through fees: $3 post PDGA fees, $3 TD to cover time sna sanctioning, $4 to MCDGC for course expenses. $10 per RPA (PRO) goes to Payout, via paypal after event. Pros wanting pro points must register RPA, else all other divisions award Am points
