About this tournament
1 round of play
Fee breakdown: $3 PDGA, $3 Green fee, $2 admin fee (pays for sanctioning, water, etc.). $8 Total.
Ams won't receive a player's pack, but the remaining $17 will go straight to division payouts
Open will have $42/player go towards division payouts
There will be two course layouts available. A-pool will be FPO, MA1, MPO, MP40 & MP50. All other divisions will be B-Pool. Separate ace pots for each pool, each one starts at $100. If not hit the ace pots will roll over to our next sanctioned flex at Towne Lake on March 6th.
A-pool is playing a modified version of Tiger Open Golds. 18 holes, Long tees to Gold baskets. 13&14 and 20&21 will be combined into their par 5 formats. Hole 15 will be skipped. Hole 9 plays to the new Gold basket. Hole 11 plays to the White basket. Drop zones on 3 and 13 are the Short tees for OB on the initial drive, after the tee shot use normal OB rules.
B-pool is playing 18 holes, Short tees to Gold baskets (with two exceptions). Hole 11 plays to the White basket. Hole 14 (traditional hole 16) will play from the Long tee. 13&14 and 20&21 will be combined into their par 5 formats. Hole 15 will be skipped. Hole 9 plays to the new Gold basket.
Please refer to the caddy book and notes on PDGA live scoring for any rules questions. Generally, players with lies within 2 meters of any White basket that are not being used may take up casual relief up to two meters in a straight line back from the Gold basket. Water in the ponds are OB (please do not get in the water). In the creeks and beyond are OB even if dry. The creek is defined as below the playing surface on holes where it comes into play. If there are questions, please play a provisional and talk to the TD after your round but before finalizing scores.
