TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:
Friday:
Course open for practice.
4-5:30pm: Check-in and players pack collection
Saturday:
1 round of 25 holes. Tee times will be announced Friday evening.
6pm: Social Gathering at Worlds End Bar in Fraser Cove
Sunday:
Shotgun Start - 1 round of 25 holes: Cards announced Saturday evening
Prize Giving - This will follow as close to the final card arriving in as possible.
IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Event Parking: Car Parking for the event will be in the Equestrian car park on Lower Mangapapa Road. Please walk along the side of Lower Mangapapa to the Lodge to get to Tournament HQ.
Once you reach the Gate that accesses the lodge area please watch to your left for Flying discs as people may be throwing along the fairway for Hole 23.
Tournament HQ: Tournament HQ will be at the Lodge by the Equestrian area. This will be where Tournament staff will be based as well as Vendor villages.
Tournament Check In: Staff will be available from 4pm- 5:30pm Friday for Check inside the Lodge at Tournament HQ. If you are unable to make Friday then you may also arrive 20 mins prior to your Tee time on Saturday to collect. Player Packs will be available for collection at check in.

The course will be available for Practice on Friday Morning. We will be playing the 21 hole Mclarens layout starting from beside Tournament HQ as hole 1 and then adding in 4 additional holes in the Lodge equestrian area similar to previous years but with some slight tweaks.
Scoring will be via the PDGA live App. Please ensure you have this downloaded and available to record your cards scores. Access Code will be given to you at check in.
Amenities
Toilets and Drinking Water are available at both the Lodge and Pin oak Campground. We are not providing lunch for this event but The Falls cafe has an amazing selection of food available and any food purchase gets you in the draw for a free entry to next year's Xtreme! Details are on the entry box in the Cafe.
Accomodation:
Camping at Pin Oak is available for those wanting to stay close to the course. This can be booked at the below link:

Refund policy
Tauranga Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
REFUND POLICY
100% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on 4th of September.
50% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on Sunday 20th September.
Any withdrawals after 8:01pm Sunday 20th September will not be eligible for any refund unless the space can be filled with the waitlist.
Players may transfer their entry to another person if there is no one on the waitlist.
Waitlist players which do not gain entry to the event will receive their full refund, less dgscene and paypal fees.
All optional "ADD ONS" are non refundable. Should any of the optional add on's be unavailable due to stock restrictions from the supplier then you will be refunded accordingly, colours of some items may be subject to change according to stock availability from supplier.
