NB: All players must check in (and receive their players pack, and purchased add on's) prior to the players meeting at 9am on Saturday. Whilst there is a check in option available on Saturday, we would prefer that as many players as possible check in on the Friday night. This allows our event staff to prepare and warm up for their rounds as well. It also means our TD can prepare the cards as quickly as possible avoiding last minute changes.

EVENT HQ is at the Lodge up by hole 12. Vehicle access to event HQ is not via the internal park road. Follow the road past the main entrance for 5 minutes. Turn right at the TDGA flags. NB there is a 5 minute walk from the carpark to event HQ.

About this tournament
Limited entry capped at 84 Players

1 Round of 21 Holes - Sunday
All Amateur Female Divisions will play from forward Tees on Holes 5,6 and 7 only. All other Divisions will play regular McLaren Falls Park layout.

"Add on" Branded Xtreme options are top quality products. All proceeds go to Tauranga Disc Golf funding for future courses.

Tauranga Disc Golf Association reserves the right to remove a division if there are less than three players in that division at the close of registration.
Priority registration will be available for "current" TDGA members, Last years divisional winners and event crew from 27th July at 8pm.
Event Schedule is subject to slight changes but can be found at the "About" tab in this Disc Golf Scene event.
Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
100% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on Thursday 31st of August 2023
50% refund (excluding transaction and DG Scene fees) will be issued for anyone pulling out before 8pm on Sunday 24th September
Any withdrawals after 8:01pm Sunday 24th September will not be eligible for any refund.
Players may transfer their entry to another person if there is no one on the waitlist.
Waitlist players which do not gain entry to the event will receive their full refund, less dgscene and paypal fees.
All optional "ADD ONS" are non refundable. (excluding lunch) Should any of the optional add on's be unavailable due to stock restrictions from the supplier then you will be refunded accordingly, colours of some items may be subject to change according to stock availability from supplier.
All Refunds will be processed post event.
