About this tournament

We’re out on a Saturday this coming week for the Crossing Dgc. The course is a nice balance of tight technical woods play, with some open shots mixed in. We’ll be adding two of the latter kind to balance it out even more so.
Don’t be afraid to sign up for an open slot. It gives other players trying to decide a chance to join up with you. We can always shuffle cards, and there’s always lots of day of sign ups for these flex’s.

• Ring of Rewards (New idea - Anyone inside of the circle off of the tee will receive a prize. Like a Ctp, but everyone who lands inside the ring will be rewarded.) Hole 9 will be our assigned hole for this week.

All players will be entered into this bonus with no additional cost.
• Putting game: Markers set at 25, 30, 35, 40, and 50 ft. Everyone will have two putts from each station, for a total of 10 attempts.
It will go 2 points, 4 points, 6 points, 8 points, and 12 points, as the distances increase, for a maximum potential score of 64 points.

Hole 18 Par 4 - 440ft - We’re going to add a little more risk reward to this hole and make the road and beyond right play OB (beginning of concrete edge to road is OB as well) There will be a point about 50-60ft short of the bend into the green on the right side. where red flags will be placed. This serves as the cut off point for the OB, and leaves a small safe zone to land inbounds if you come up short of the green.
Meaning if you go for the green and come up short of the line to cross you will take your lie at your last place inbounds with a stroke penalty.
If you are unconfident in your ability to clear that range, playing down the left safe side of the fairway is advisable, as a two shot placement par 4.
Hole 19: Par 3 - 310ft.
Hole 20: Par 3 - 275ft.
