About this tournament

This is an amateur-only event to reintroduce the newly rejuvenated Westside course to the disc golf world.
Tyler's Westside was damaged by the removal of ash trees a few years ago due to the ash borer. After several years of hard work by dedicated BCDGA volunteers, the Westside of Tyler is redesigned and ready to host a new tournament. In the last 3 years, we have done a huge amount of work on the course, including new tees, new pin locations, and new baskets. We've also added new OB lines, newly cleared fairways, and additional signage.
This is a chance for all amateurs to experience the Westside course in its new configuration. In short, the Westside looks as good as it ever has. This tournament welcomes all new amateur players and showcases the course as good as it has ever looked. Tyler West is back!
This is a one-round, amateur-only, tee-time event. All players will receive a disc of choice from the BCDGA disc store with trophies for winners of each division. All additional proceeds will go toward the BCDGA groundskeeping fund to assist in the continuing improvement of the course.
