EVENT COURSE LAYOUT
The West Sound Invitational will be played at the Kitsap Fairgrounds Disc Golf Park and will be a great ONE day, TWO round event. The focus of the event is to recognize the WSDGA membership with a high fun value tournament experience. Each round will be an (TBD hole) layout that will consist of the Red Layout plus 5 temporary holes in the south campground.

PLAYER MEETING
There is a limited player meeting before each round. Please be prepared to have any questions answered virtually before the event or at Tournament Central. The PDGA digital scorecard is the official score keeping method for this tournament. All players shall keep score. Paper scorecards available per request.

MEMBERSHIP ROUND GAMES
AM Round - CTP last hole, win a prize.
PM Round - Win your group, win a prize.

PAYOUT
The Amateur divisions will not receive a player package and will be competing for the membership round games and trophies (true amateur event). The overall value will be 100%+ of the net Entry Fee. The Professional divisions will be competing for membership round games, trophies, and cash performance payout (PayPal or Check). The cash performance payout is derived from the Professional entry fees minus the WSDGA membership dues and PDGA authorized pass-through fees. The event pass through fees is $10 per participant entry.

TROPHIES
The quantity of trophies is determined by the divisional registration 30 days prior to the event and based on the participants per division. For example: Less than 5 players (1st Place Only), 5-12 players (1st and 2nd Place), 13+ players (1st-3rd Places). Divisions with no participants 30 days prior to the event will no longer be available for registration.

Refund policy

No refunds on the WSDGA membership dues.

REGISTRATION / WAITLIST OFFICIALLY CLOSES & NO ADDITIONS WILL BE MADE TWO days prior to the event date.

Refund requests received within 30 days of the event will incur a $10 processing fee.
