Refund policy

Itzy Casterona is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Refund requests made more than 14 days prior to the event will be issued a 100% refund less DGScene and PayPal Fees

Refund requests made within 14 days of the event will refunded 50%.

No refunds will be made after May 11, 2024.
