    7:15am - 8:00am

    Check in. Grab Prize pack. Sign up for lunch (optional)

    8:15am - 8:30am

    Players meeting. Take a photo of the OB / Mando sheet. Note the live scoring password. Look up your starting hole, ask for directions / quickest route to your starting hole. When announced, proceed to your starting hole. Wait for the 2 minute and start announcements. Start your first round. Start time will be an approximate time.

    11:30am - 12:45pm

    Lunch. Ring of fire. Earn Prizes Check out winners of the CTP Prizes (All ctp's are in the first round) Check out the raffle.

    1:00pm

    Players Gather again before heading out for their second round at tourney central. Second round players meeting is brief just to update any layout highlights and answer any questions. Head out to your starting hole. Wait for 2 minute warning and start signal.

    4:00pm

    Approx. time for round 2 completion.

    4:15pm

    Any tie breakers will follow and finish with trophy presentations.

About this tournament

As we all start to look at the weather forecasts and make our final prep for the upcoming tournament, please read the following notes on Wednesday’s pre tourney kick off party, Friday night Dubz, Saturday AM tourney.

Wednesday kick off is at The Lazy Frog from 6-8. Players gather and help put together prize packs for the AM day and enjoy pizza and beverages:)
Friday Night Dubz, players gather between 3:30-4 fo sign up and pay $5 each to play random scramble doubles. This is played on the Red course all red T boxes. Bring glow discs for the last few holes, if it gets dark at the end of the round.

Saturday! Here we go!

First, we will be using live scoring and I will have plenty of extra score cards for all players to keep score for their group. This will allow for checking and double checking score cards at the end and allowing everyone on the card to ensure the correct hole is being played. Lunches will be provided by Billy from Waterside market. Look for lunch sign up at check in. Also look for our annual Raffle and any course fundraisers!

Layout notes:

White Course: All white T’s are marked with a white sign post. OB and mando will be posted at the players meeting.


Red Course: All Red T’s will be played on Saturday. They are marked with a metal map sign DGA. All OB’s (hole 1 and 2 only) are the same. There are no Mando’s on the red course.


Blue Course: Hole 17 blue, we are changing the OB to add a target zone bullseye! The normal OB for 17 blue is outlined with blue stakes and stones, there will also be a small white circle in the middle of the “pond” that will be considered in bounds. This will be noted in the OB and Mando sheet at tourney central and noted at the players meeting.

The White course is a par 55, The Red course is a par 57 and the Blue course a par 58.

Extra fyi, go to steamshipauthority.com for ferry info and know that we will be providing rides to the course at 6:45 am day of the event. The island also has Taxi’s , uber, and lift and the VTA to get around if you do not have a vehicle. Riverhead Field is located on the right side of Barnes Rd. Marked with a state forest DCR sign but no physical address,
