Welcome to the Veterans for Vets Doubles Presented by Backbone Disc Golf.
We are raising money for the Upkeep of the Monroe County War on Terror Memorial
If you would like to donate raffle items for the raffles afterwards please contact Michael Hanford Backbone Disc Golf 585-617-3611(Store) by March 7th please.

Food will be provided by Back Porch 585 Tavern
We will be doing BBQ.
Lunch: Smoked pulled pork sandwiches and mac salad
Dinner: Smoked pulled pork, Ziti, mac and cheese, side salad and cookies.
The whole pig will be smoked by 585 Backporch. Since the whole pig will be smoked everything will be combined in the pulled pork.
Beverages you will have to pay for yourself sorry.
This is a Doubles Event
1st Round is Best Shot Doubles. You and your partner pick the best lie and throw from there.
2nd Round is Alternate Shot Doubles. You throw then your partner throws from your shot and then you throw from your partners shot and so on. Who ever finishes the hole the partner will Tee off on next hole.
Layouts MPO division Long Tees, Everyone else Short Tees
When you sign up please put the same team name as your partner.
If you do not have a partner please choose Division One when registering do not put in a team name.
There will be a random draw for those players.
There is a division that is for Veterans and Active Military Only.
There is also a division for Veteran/Active Military and Non Veteran/Active Military
Mulligans: Mulligans are $2 Your Team can use One mulligan per hole. If you throw a mulligan you have to use the mulligan throw not your previous throw.
If there is 72 players or less 2 mulligans per team per hole.
If there is over 72 players 1 mulligan per team per hole.
Players Packs
Each Player will receive 2 discs with the Veteran for Vets Hot Stamp if you signed up before February 25th. Discs are Fuzion Orbit Trespass and Classic Blend Warden. If you signed up after February 25th you will get a $20 credit at Backbone or you can donate your full registration.
Extra: You can purchase Military Dyemax Disc (Lat64 Claymore) will be $25 Image will be the 6 military branches in a circle with the War on Terror logo in the middle with Big Guys Disc Golf Course March 15th 2025 written. Image to come later
There will be a $5 cash day of Ace Pool that is for both rounds.
There will be a $10 cash day of 50/50
There will be 2 $20 Cash day of, Ctps with a value over $500 each donated by Backbone Disc Golf
There will be CTPS for each Division
