About this tournament
This event is for VIP tickets for the EuroTour Konopiště Open 2023 presented by Discmania. Spectators will be allowed to spectate for free, but only from the main roads and few other places. Tickets can be transfered to another person, but the organizer must be informed via e-mail on June 15th the latest, including the name of the actual ticket holder. The holder must stay the same for the whole event. All VIP tickets are for the whole event, there will not be any separate 1 day tickets or anything like that.
Tickets must be purchased in advance (before June 17th, 20.00). No on site tickets will be available.
Spectators are not permitted to bring pets. Service animals are allowed with proper identification.
Spectators under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. The parent or guardian needs to have a ticket, the child under 13 can follow the players for free.
Professional photography and video equipment is not allowed on site without media credentials, including but not limited to DSLR cameras.

Platinum VIP pass includes:
- Specialty Discmania disc with a Konopiště Open fundraiser stamp (tickets sold before June 14th will have the limited VIP stamp as promised before, this is just an add on)
- Meet & greet with at least 3 top tier players (exact date and time TBD)
- Permission to follow all cards on the course, including lead card (non-VIP spectators will only be allowed to stay in marked areas (see the course map)
- Access to all VIP zones including free soft drinks
- Access to the tournament course in the evenings for free
- VIP lanyard
Gold pass includes:
- Specialty Discmania disc with a Konopiště Open fundraiser stamp (tickets sold before June 14th will have the limited VIP stamp as promised before, this is just an add on)
- Permission to follow all cards on the course, including lead card (non-VIP spectators will only be allowed to stay in marked areas (see the course map)
- One round ticket to the tournament course in the evenings for free
- VIP lanyard
All players registered for the EuroTour Konopiště Open can follow other cards (just like VIP ticket holders). All registered players are also allowed to have one caddy during their round, but this caddy does not have the same 'VIP' benefits with other groups and cards.
If you want to purchase multiple tickets, multiple check outs / registrations is not needed. Simply click "add another registration" at the bottom of your registration and then you can do one check out / transaction.

Refund policy
Česká asociace discgolfu z.s. is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds may be requested, however must be requested before May 16th. Any refund requests after this date will not be honored.
