Stop 2.5 of Indy Disc Golf Club’s winter charity series. All proceeds from these events benefit the St. Vincent de Paul food bank on 30th St. near Washington Park.

Last year, we raised $5K for the St. Vincent de Paul food bank. We strongly believe that disc golf is equal parts sport and community, and, with your help this year, we will continue the tradition of being a positive impact within the greater Indianapolis community – over $50K donated to fight food insecurity since 2003!

– Major Details –

This is a Best Shot Bring Your Own Partner Doubles 2-round event at VFW Post 7119.
There will be 3 divisions.

Red - for casual/recreational players
White - for mid-level players and age-protected players
Blue - for pros and highly rated amateurs

No hard ratings cap on divisions, but TD may, at their discretion, move a team to the division they believe they should be competing in.

Round 1 will play the standard 18-hole layout.
Round 2 will play the 13-hole Special Ops safari layout. (Several holes will be combined to create some difficult challenges)

– Fees and Payouts –

This is a trophy-only event.
$20 per team entry fee
$15 per team will go to charity
$5 per team will go to an ace pot for each division (Red/White/Blue divisions will each have an ace pot from entry fees)
If an ace is not hit during the rounds, there will be a CTP for each division to award the ace pot.

All Power Ups are included in the entry fee.

– Charity Power Ups –

Flanking Maneuver - The team can move any lie 3 feet right or left to create a new lie to play from. This cannot be used to move a lie from out of bounds to in bounds. (1 time use per team per round)

Tactical Reload (Mulligan) - The team calls in reinforcements and can choose 1 player to throw an additional shot. All 3 tee shots remain playable. Can be used 1 time per player. (1 per player, ROUND 1 ONLY)

Air support - any shot that is OB or has missed a Mando, the team can call in air support and play from the resulting lie (i.e., drop zone or last place in bounds) with no penalty. (1 time use per team, ROUND 2 ONLY)

Parachute in - On any combined hole after the tee shots, the team can choose parachute in and move their lie to the pin location that is not in use. For example, when teeing on hole 2 to 3's basket and both players hit early, they can choose to "parachute in" and proceed to play their second shot from next to where hole 2's basket normally is. (1 time use per team, ROUND 2 ONLY)
