7:15AM - 8:15AM - Registration in Clubhouse
8:15AM - 8:30AM - Players Meeting in Clubhouse
8:45AM - Round 1
Lunch will be served inside the Clubhouse in the Members Lounge. We will follow the schedule as best as possible, but are mindful of finishing times and no one will be heading back out to play without getting a bit warm and being full. You will receive a Lunch Ticket when checking in.
Lunch will be Chili, buns, and a drink.. There will be staff from the St. Thomas G&C Club serving food in the dining room. There is a Vegan option.
In the Member’s Lounge, if you are needing a little something extra, please feel free to order off the Bar Menu available. This will be at your own cost. There will be beverages, alcoholic, and non alcoholic available as well as a small Bar Menu with typical bar food.

Awards ceremony and the Raffle Drawing
Again, our hosts have asked players to be mindful of the St.. Thomas G&C Club policies around No outside food or beverages on the course, no smoking/vaping of any kind on the property, and no Cap/Hats or ripped jeans in the Club House. This excludes snacks you’ll want to have in your bag for energy, water, and energy drinks.
Tournament stamped discs will be available for purchase of $25.
If anyone has anything they would like to donate for the raffle, that would be appreciated…it all helps.
