Refund policy
TOURNAMENT REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY.
Official withdrawals must be made to [email redacted] or through Disc Golf Scene's refund function. Any other method is not processed as an official withdrawal.

REFUNDS
A processing fee of 5 € will be deducted from all refunds. PayPal and DiscGolfScene fees are not refundable. All refunds follow PDGA Competition manual 1.03.
If the official withdrawal is done at the latest on May 26th 2025, the refund is 100% of the entry fee
If the official withdrawal is done between May 27th and June 11th 2025, the refund is 100% ONLY if the spot can be filled immediately from waitlist.
If the spot can not be filled, the refund is 50% of the entry fee. Player can choose the player pack instead of refund (delivery not included).
If the official withdrawal is done between June 12th 2025 and June 23rd 2025, the refund is 100% ONLY if the spot can be filled immediately from waitlist.
If the spot can not be filled, the refund is 25% of the entry fee. Player can choose the player pack instead of refund (delivery not included).
If the official withdrawal is made on June 24th or later, there is no refund of the entry fee.
Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.
Waitlist players who do not get into the event will receive a 100% cash refund.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
