Trilogy Challenge is a one-round event in which all players use the same 3 discs that are provided. Best effort is made to place friends on the same card regardless of which division selected.


REGISTRATION:
The deadline to register is Monday, May 31, 8pm. Like most of our events, this is a fundraising event as we (WCADG) pay for and maintain the course at Anson B. Nixon. There will NOT be any refunds issued. You will still get your players pack if you cannot play. You are responsible for getting your items within 1 month after the date of the event or they will be donated to the Club to raise funds.


WHERE TO MEET:
We are meeting at the soccer field parking lot which is near Hole 7, not the main parking lot near Hole 1. Please park in the soccer field lot as the main lot will be busy with other park patrons.


LAYOUT:
We will be playing the Red-B layout which is a par 57. Shorter distance tee pads to the white Dynamic Discs Veteran baskets.

DIVISIONS: Select division based on using your typical discs, not because you haven't used these discs before. It's not based on your worst possible round/score, it's based on best potential, mixed with a slight average.

--Female Division
--Male Advanced - You generally earn birdies & pars on Red-B or shorter type layouts
--Male Intermediate - You generally earn pars & bogeys on Red-B or shorter type layouts
--Male Recreational - You never really earn better than bogeys & double bogeys on Red-B or shorter type layouts


PAYMENT: You must mention which division you are signing up for when paying. Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Credit card accepted for payment.


UDISC:
Check-in to the UDisc event upon arrival. Whoever is 1st on the card creates the group scorecard. You can create a free account by downloading the free app. If you don't have the UDisc app please mention when you first arrive so that a free account can be created for you.


DONATION/FUNDING INFO:
Donations are always needed as we fund the projects at Anson B. Nixon (25th anniversary) & Thornbury Park as well as weekly maintenance for both courses other than the large field cutting. Even a small donation of $5 helps feed a weed whacker to keep 1-2 fairways fancy for a week Volunteers West Chester Area Disc Golf.

--Anson B. Nixon Park course (25th anniversary) is maintained and 100% funded by us through weekly & specialty events as the Park is private and receives $0 from taxes like other parks, and we receive $0 from them. We have 3 more paver tee pads to install at Anson as well as many other needed upgrades to the course.

--Thornbury Park course is a joint effort between us and Thornbury Township Delaware County. Donations are needed to get back on track w/ full install & cleanup due to severe tornado damage to the course and COVID delays. We then need to install permanent signage & tee pads once all 18 holes are installed.
