Welcome back to the 5th Annual Tri-State Championship of New England presented by Valley Steel Stamp

We are so excited to bring you the Tri-State Championship of New England. This is an A-Tier PDGA-sanctioned event. 3 rounds. 3 courses. 3 days. With $3000 added cash, plus camping on-site all weekend, glow doubles on Saturday, live music on Saturday night and a great players pack including a sweatshirt, a tourney disc, a dry bag and $25 in credit at Disc Golf Center to build your own player pack.

Layouts are subject to change based on division sizes. The tournament directors reserve the right to move players between divisions and remove or add divisions based division sizes.

EVENT FEES
The entry fee for this event varies by division.
From each entry, the following will be deducted:
- $5 to the PDGA
- $15 to greens fees ($5 to each course) which pays for course upkeep
- $3 to bathrooms at Otter Brook
- $5 TD fee donated to support the event
- The remainder of each Pro entry will be applied directly to the cost of awards and to the payout for that division.
- The remainder of each Amateur entry will be used to cover the cost of their player pack and division awards and then applied to the payout for that division.

REFUNDS
Players who withdraw at least 30 days before an event will receive a full refund minus a $10 fee as per PDGA guidelines. See more details below.

PAYOUTS
Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via PayPal or Venmo within 48 hours of the event's completion.
Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. All amateur divisions play for merchandise credit at DiscGolfCenter (https://www.discgolfcenter.com).

AWARDS
Awards will be presented on Sunday at Westy Acres approximately 15 minutes after the last card is in for each division.

Divisions with 13 or more players will have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies. Divisions with 5-12 players will have 1st and 2nd place trophies. Divisions with 3-4 players will have 1st place trophies only (based on the number of players signed up by August 1st).

Note that divisions of fewer than 3 players will be considered for merging after consulting with affected players.

PLAYERS PACKS
All amateur players who register before August 10th will receive a Tri-State Championship of New England sweatshirt, a stamped Tri-State MVP disc and a custom dry bag. Pro players who register before August 10th can purchase a Tri-State Championship of New England sweatshirt. The stamped Tri-State MVP disc and the dry bag will also be available for sale if we have sufficient quantities remaining.

All AM amateur players will receive a $25 credit to Disc Golf Center (discgolfcenter.com) to pick their own player pack. This can be used towards any purchase at Disc Golf Center and is not limited to $25.

TEE TIMES
Round 1 tee times will be posted before the event after registration closes.
Round 2 tee times will be posted Friday night.
Round 3 tee times will be posted Saturday night.

PLAYERS MEETING
Players will receive an email with all event information prior to the event.

MEDIA COVERAGE

CHECK-IN
Pre-tournament check-in is required for players before the first round. All players must arrive at least 30 minutes before the posted tee time.

Players must also check in with the starter no less than 5 minutes prior to their tee time each day and be present at the starting hole for the 5 minutes preceding their tee time each day. (See PDGA Competition Manual Section 1.04)

SATURDAY NIGHT GLOW DOUBLES AT WESTY ACRES
Saturday night following the live music, there will be a glow doubles round at Westy Acres. This is open to the public.

LIVE MUSIC SATURDAY NIGHT AT WESTY ACRES
This year we will be jamming to the sweet tunes of AJ and Kompany featuring our very own TD extraordinaire, and all around great guy, AJ Krawczyk! This guy does it all, folks! He is putting together a session that everyone will love. Make sure to get to Westy Acres on Saturday evening to dance, sing and hang with all your friends. This is open to the public.

CAMPING
Camping is available at Westy Acres for $5 for tent camping and $15 for RV/trailer camping. There will be a porta-potty available near the camping area. The camping area has separate vehicle access from the course and is adjacent to hole 11 of the tournament layout. The address to the camping area will be supplied in the player notes that are emailed to each player before the tournament.

Refund policy

Franklin County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

All refunds will adhere to the PDGA Policy in section 1.03 of the Competition Manual (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103). A fee of $10 will be applied to all refund requests as specified in the PDGA Policy.

Summary:
100% refund if withdrawn at least 30 days before the event (by Wednesday, July 30, 2025).
50% refund if withdrawn at least 15 days prior (by Thursday, August 14, 2025).
25% refund if withdrawn before 48 hours prior (by Wednesday, August 27, 20255).
No refunds for withdrawals within 48 hours of the event start.
Exception: A full refund will be given if a player's spot is filled from the waitlist.
Refunds will not be issued after registration closes.

Two ways to withdraw: There is a "Cancel / Request Refund" link in your email confirmation from DiscGolfScene.com. You can also click the "Registered Players" link in the event, where you will find an "Edit" and "Withdraw" button.
